Shipping Policy

Free Priority Shipping on ALL orders Over $100  - US Only

$5.95 Priority Shipping on all orders under $100 -  US Only

We ship all orders within 24 hours, but orders after hours, weekends, holidays and on Mondays may take up to 48 hours.(Closed Mondays).  Typically most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.

We use USPS Priority Mail for quick delivery and tracking.

 

I tracked my order and it says it was delivered but I still haven't received it. What should I do? 

Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you in locating your package. Please allow 2-3 business before contacting us from the date of the delivery scan. This allows the postal service time to re-route your package. If the package is still not located, please contact us via email. We will try our best to help locate the package and get it delivered to you in a timely manner. 

If you need additional help with an order in regards to shipping, please email customer service at support@shopbraveboutique.com . Please include your order number and "Shipping Question" in the subject.  

**Brave is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Return Policy

Seriously, I can’t believe you have to return something! Brave has such great brands and quality!  

 

LOL, JUST KIDDING!! We totally understand sometimes crazy things happen, or it just isn’t working for you. We get it!

YOU get your Store Credit once you meet the following requirements from management (Boooo!): 

  • Items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSTAINED (Including Make Up), NO SMOKE, AND  WITH TAGS. 
  • MUST HAVE RECEIPT (Online - Email Receipt). (Sorry if it seems we are yelling with all the caps)  
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. If being shipped, ship inside another box or package without any damage to the shoe box.(We need your help to resale these shoes) 

 

In Store purchases, please return to the store of purchase. If returning items in person do not use our return center. This is provided for our online customers only. Thank you!!

Once we receive your item(s) back, you will be notified via email that you have received your store credit. Your store credit will reflect your purchase price minus shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
