What’s my Why? This is a question asked a lot about my business and for me it’s simple. People and God. My why everyday is to bring joy to people and God. To people by serving them as best I can. This includes my employees and customers. I completely enjoy literally serving you as you come in the store. Helping in all ways physically and always having a smile on my face. When I pick out products for my store I am hoping I can break the mentality of being limited by age. My goal is to help style my customers in ways maybe they didn’t think would work for them. Helping them get out of a box maybe they’ve put themselves in. Showing how a look can give you a confidence you didn’t know you needed. Fashion is a major game changer when it comes to confidence. Remember that first day of school in that new outfit? The joy and confidence was palpable. That is what we strive for every day!!
In the process, I’m hoping to inspire my team in the same way. I want to be an example of humble kindness, showing love always and training them to have the confidence to do great things! All that being said…I don’t always accomplish this. I have bad days or make bad decisions but at the end of the day…that makes me better for tomorrow. Being an entrepreneur can be a bit of a lonely world but each day I aspire to be better than I was the day before. Tomorrow is a new start. This world is tough! Smile as much as you can! 😁
